		<description>Neat discussion.  Interesting to see a 138,000 employee company with 170 year history leading the charge.  Virtual water cooler analogy resonates with me.  Very different perspective than my company, where we have functional verticals, and need horizontal collaboration across products.  But the uses of social networking tools is the same.</description>
